CARMEN FOY, Founder & CEO
Carmen Foy is the Founder & CEO of Rated PG (PurityGirl), Incorporated, located in Dallas, Texas.
She has a passion for training, equipping, and helping teen girls to see and reach their full potential; hence was the reason for the launch of PurityGirl, Inc. Carmen's thought is that every girl wants to be a part of something and it is up to her, as a Community Leader, to ensure that what they are a part of is both positive and life empowering.
A dynamic domestic and international speaker, Carmen has devoted herself to growing in wisdom, both spiritually and professionally. A graduate of Pittsburg State University with a B.A. in the field of Communications, she is actively
involved in her church youth ministry programs, a certified Trauma Healing Facilitator (by the Trauma Healing Institute, Philadelphia, PA) and is an advocate for dismantling social issues that cause teen girls to become stagnant due to having wounded hearts and possible identity crisis. She retired from Southwest Airlines (Dallas, Texas) in August 2018 as a Corporate Facilitator/Instructor for Leadership & Employee Training and Flight Attendant Training after 22 years of service in order to devote herself full time to her ministry and purpose. Her husband, Barak Foy also serves as a Board Member and Vice President of PurityGirl, Inc. and the two are often referred to by
others as “God’s Power Couple”.
Carmen believes that God has definitely given her a heart for teen girls, and she is committed to helping them to discover the power and purpose that awaits them; by any means necessary.

Evone Holland Foy, a retired Material Management Team Lead from Tinker Air Force Base is a mentor and tutor. She was a volunteer mentor with HOSTS (Help One Student to Succeed) Program at Creston Hill and Telstar Elementary Schools. She was also a volunteer tutor for Whiz Kids, a faith-based after-school tutoring program where churches and schools form a partnership to help children below reading level improve their literacy skills. Currently, Evone is an active member of St Luke Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School ages 12-14. She participates in the Women's Ministry, serves on the Scholarship Committee and is a Co-Coordinator for the Whiz Kids Program who is in partnership with Spencer Elementary School.
Christie McMillon, owner of Christie McMillon Photography and Photographer. With her creativity, Christie seeks opportunities to utilize her creative talent and collaborate with local organizations who are giving back to the community- helping the homeless and supporting youth with uplifting programs. Known as "Connector", Christie loves to connect great people with other great people who are making a difference in the world. Christie desires to live a purpose-driven life and seeks to surround herself with other like-minded individuals.
Johnnie Sanders, author, speaker, and counselor, and husband and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from Dallas Baptist University. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. With his many gifts, devoted integrity and compassionate coaching style, Johnnie Sanders has been an entrusted vessel to speak to men’s groups, singles groups, youth groups, and troubled teens. His impacting ability to educate others, bridging the gap between the Business world and Spiritual Enrichment has opened doors for him to teach at Institutions, schools, and other platforms.
Carmen Foy is the President of PurityGirl, Inc. She has a strong presence in leadership, public speaking, training, mentoring, and coaching. She spent 22 years as a Corporate Facilitator for Southwest Airlines and is a Fellow for the National African American Women's Leadership Institute. She is passionate about the power of purpose, an abolitionist of social epidemics, and a strong team player in the community.
Barak Foy is the Vice President of PurityGirl, Inc. He is an instructor, group facilitator, mentor, and holds a BFA in Advertising Design/Broadcasting from Oklahoma Christian University. He is a writer and part owner of Word2Life Productions where he enjoys creating plays, skits, and dinner theater productions that aid in spiritual growth. He enjoys working with youth and empowering them to stand out as leaders in their communities.
Kennady Allen, a teacher, leader, and an aspiring Clinical Psychologist working on her bachelor's degree is a McKinney ISD Prep school teacher. As a leader, she seeks to enrich the lives of others and influence them to become the best versions of themselves. As a role model, she strives to help girls find their individuality, leadership, and purity which is essential to molding individuals into those of high morals and standards. Her core belief is to to be part of an organization that creates a community of people who are determined to pave the way to success in their lives, and also in the lives of others!
Marcene Sanders, owner of MStyle Home Staging & Redesign is a Certified Professional Home Stager, youth leader, and mentor. She has over 15 years in the Banking Industry, and over 13 years as a youth leader. Marcene's desire is to encourage and see the youth of this generation reach their full natural and spiritual potential; particularly, young girls.

Vonetta Watson, owner of TechGem Educational Technologies is a 20 yr. veteran SME, facilitator, instructor, mentor, trainer, and photographer. A technology & education specialist and coach. Her background includes a Masters of Education in the field of adult education and training coupled with over 60 certifications in the IT field. Vonetta's passion is to Empower and Advocate for women and girls in their everyday life, school, and work.
Office Manager Board Member
Before starting in the position as secretary in the Purity Girl Organization, Jerelene worked as a customer service professional in the medical field, and automobile/insurance industry. After a successful 30 years in the corporate arena as an executive assistant/administrative assistant for attorneys, presidents, vice presidents, and in major corporations.
Jerelene now assists in the offices of displaced families, mentoring of young girls, and volunteer where needed. Jerelene enjoys family, cooking desserts, tasty dishes, music and all around entertaining friends.
Jerelene enjoys being part of a machine that helps to make "the rubber meet the road."
Renita Gilliam, a servant of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Serving as a Logistics Supervisor Ms. Gilliam manages and mentors employees. She has worked in Logistics for almost 19 years. A proponent of servant leadership, she began her civilian career utilizing many of the principles she learned as an Air Force Officer.
Paying attention to detail, working with numbers, and comforting people just to name a few. Ms. Gilliam really enjoys helping people and believes to whom much is given much is required. As a mentor, Renita understands the importance of mentorship and helping to groom the next generation of leaders.
Ron & Star Nelson
A self-motivated husband and wife team with a passion to profess the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Ron and Star launched the ministry SOWING SEEDS OF JOY in 2006. Sowings Seeds of Joy Ministries is a result of their spiritual response to the revelation of God’s work in the world and its present state; their step of faith has catapulted them into total involvement as mission mobilizers.
Ron and Star take the calling of discipling and challenging others to GO to the nations very seriously, and hence, lead with passion, focus, and intensity. They seek to bridge the gap between churches and the world's hurting communities by meeting the spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and economic needs of peoples of all nations. They’ve advocate that whatever you do, make it count - experience God!
